Project ThemeResearch Publication Exploring the Intersection of Games and Art
As video games gain greater presence in museum settings, cultural differences between the art world and the game scene are gradually becoming apparent. This research explores the diverse possibilities emerging from where these two fields meet. Through interviews with practitioners who have been active in the overlapping space of games and art since the 1990s, the publication offers both historical context and firsthand insight. It aims to help curators better understand this evolving scene and support creators in positioning their work within a broader context.
